I am posting as an alt to protect my identity.
Made for mates, this should let anyone in Xetic know I am not CA.
I have been active in the war since the beginning and have flown under numerous fleet commanders and joined groups of raiders into CA space.
My finding from flying fleet in Xetic space is the commanders have a very different attitude to engagement than CA do.
Xetic fleets sit in systems a couple of jumps from the main CA attack fleets securing positions and running the odd scout mission. This takes hours and very rarely ever end in a real stand up fight. Its almost like they would rather play the evasion dance than just work out what ships they have and command an assault. After all its our space and we have ships and resourse here to sustain a prolonged attack on them. Anyone looking in would think the opposite.
CA on the other hand do seem to have a no fear approach to how they wash over our space taking station after station with never any resistance.
I am not going to say this is true of every situation but on the whole I feel we need to get some balls and putting our selves out there and fighting not watching as they just move freely.
Screw implants and the worry of being podded, screw worrying about ship loss figures, lets hit them head on, I am sure we have the pilots and ships to do it!!

I am on the level.
I mean not to disrespect my fellow Xetic pilots as there are many who I would fly into battle with at the drop of a hat.
I have to say that it may be a case of getting used to loss. My own personal feelings about it are the more ships you lose the less attached you get to them.
Losing your first ship can break some player and either leave them miners forever or drive them from the game.
If you get over this the more ships you lose the more experience you gain and thus the more confident you are in combat and of into entering it.
I just see a mass of players on our side wanting to get into combat but due to leaders not sure about how to deal with loss not commiting to engaging.
Maybe it is because we were miners and need a period of learning to get up to speed. But just feel we need to make a bigger impact when we are on home turf.

Xetic always have been underrated, that is their strength and definately not a weakness.
This war is their opportunity to gain alot of valuable experience, if CA think they can defeat them, that is their weakness. Arrogance never wins wars, not in the long term
I don't reveal myself because I am a lame @ss chicken, and fear the reprocussions. Bringing honour into the equation will make no difference to how I post.
We are under rated in what we can do, which is an advantage. But without ever pushing that advantage we will forever be playing ping pong with our stations and watching CA roam free in our space.
All I want is to see some action from the guys at the top. Its all well and good following orders and having to sit and watch as E8 changes hands yet again but there is only so long I can stay silent and watch!!!!

If you are really a member of xetic bring this up in the relevant places, you will earn more respect.
Maybe this is the wrong place to air my view like this. But as I feel the problem is not being addressed within Xetic it takes rash actions to maybe get the guys at the top to take some sort of positive action.
I am not looking for respect or honour or anything like that! If I was I would not have posted at all and carried on watching CA ships play with us as we watch from afar under orders not to engage!!

Ok so my words are from a pathetic fool who worries about his main getting the full backlash from his action here.
But my words are not meant to be kind or easy to hear I want them to burn deep and be understood. I may be only one poster but I have many who feel the same as myself from corporations across the Xetic(XIF).
So ignore me by all means carry on the war effort as it has been so far.
If I didn't give a damn about what was happening why bother posting in the first place.

As for CA, congratulations on a well organized fleet. It's deadly and a HELL to fight against.
It's being fun and smack is minimal. We'll continue to do our best.
In true style of the leadership an excuse as to why we don't fight. Who cares if we are inexperienced, how can you gain any without participation?
Maybe for 2-3 days even more we get our @ss's spanked by them it beats just sitting back watching and them maybe getting picked off.
Eventually it will sink in and we will learn to fight.

I will be once I get online tonight, although I feel after this I will be tared and feathered and kicked out the door!! 
Maybe emotion takes the better of me sometimes and maybe this is the wrong place to vent some. I am just not happy sitting back and watching a good alliance get walked all over.
